I've spent the last 15 years helping students succeed in various ways, from the development of life skills through implementation of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens and Coach Wooden's Pyramid of Success, to academic intervention and achievement.

One constant I witnessed over that time and something I believe - all students want to become the best version of themselves - the challenge is many don't yet know their motivations, what matters to them most, and their unique gifts/strengths.


My mission is to help teens and young adults realize their inner potential through an increase in self-awareness so they can share their unique gifts and talents with the world in purposeful and intentional ways. 


I create a safe and non-judgmental space for students to explore areas such as: understanding their core motivations; what matters to them; and how assumptions and limiting beliefs affect the decisions they make. The result is an increase in their confidence and mindset which positively impacts their academics, relationships, and life.

Working with students, teachers and my own coaches, I've learned and seen, first hand, the tremendous impact an increase in self-awareness can have on someone's life. I've also seen how "walking" through life without intention and sense of purpose can impede someone's academics, career and relationships.  

Some personal insights to my background and passions:

  • Youngest of 4 siblings and first to graduate from a 4 year college (full scholarship-basketball)

  • I'm a morning person - up early (4:30-5am) to start the day with a workout

  • Continuous learner and huge fan of all things motivational...hope, leadership and human potential

  • Animal lover, sports fanatic and artist
